Let's Expand Scraplanta's Impact

Scraplanta is a small, but mighty non-profit that has saved 75,000 pounds of art supplies from landfill. We could do so much more, but we need your support!

Scraplanta offers steep discounts on pre-loved art, classroom, office, and party supplies for folks to create sustainable art projects at affordable prices. Yellow label items are fill-a-bag and green label items are individually priced. 

We're located in the Briarcliff Village Shopping Plaza at 2130 Henderson Mill Rd. Our storefront is not visible from the parking lot, you must walk behind Rose's Alterations and in between TJ Maxx and Burlington to find us. 

Learn a new hobby for affordable prices through our pay-what-you-can education program. Scraplanta's community workshops are taught by local artists who are eager to share their skills with the community.

Sunday, December 10th | 2-6pm

Joyful Jarra is back with another refill pop-up in front our retail store! Refill on eco-friendly cleaning and personal care products with reusable containers. 

Saturday, December 2nd | 11am-1pm

Come together and make beautiful paper stars that can be used to decorate for any holiday! This workshop is open to folks ages 12 and up!

Sunday, December 10th | 12-2pm

Learn how to make Macrame Plant Holders from Haley Hawkins of 4Good Creations!

Sat. Dec 2 & Sun. Dec. 3 | 11-5pm

Visit our Indie Craft Experience booth at the Atlanta Freight Depot and shop fun Scraplanta merch. We'll have t-shirts, totes, and even aprons!

Friday, December 15th | 6:30- 10:00pm

Scraplanta is a proud sponsor for Creative Collaborations' ATLiens' fashion show! Designers recieved fabric in exchange for volunteering, and they're creating out of this world designs based on famous Atlanta landmarks. 

Volunteers help process and organize incoming donations and stock our retail floors. Volunteers are welcome to come to Scraplanta during retail hours. Volunteers 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or scout leader.

Scraplanta is a 501(c)3 non-profit that accepts both material and monetary donations to further our mission to make Atlanta's art scene more sustainable and accessible through the collection and reuse of old art and classroom supplies. 

Monetary donations can be made through our Zeffy page or mailed to us at 2130 Henderson Mill Rd Atlanta, GA 30345.

Small material donations consisting of only one bag or box can be made during our retail hours. Larger donations are by appointment only. Please do not leave donations outside of the store or try to make appointments over the phone. 

At this time, we have very limited appointments, if you ae unable to schedule an appointment, please consider other Metro Atlanta Arts Non-Profits such as Southeast Fiber Arts Alliance, Lifecycle Building Center, or Atlanta Green Theatre Alliance.
